These terms apply to enquiries and services provided by Easyadd Ltd, trading as Easyadd Fulfilment and using the EA3PL brand. EA3PL is a brand of Easyadd Ltd. We are a UK fulfilment and B2B logistics company.
Who the service is for
FBA Emergency Rescue is for Amazon FBA sellers and brands that need urgent help with inventory, labelling, preparation or fulfilment. We also support businesses looking for ongoing 3PL services. We reserve the right to decline clients or jobs that do not fit our business model, capacity, compliance requirements or operational processes.
Our services
Depending on what your stock needs, services may include emergency FBA re-labelling, re-prep and stock rescue within 24–48 hours, storage, inspection and dispatch. The exact work, timing and price will depend on the condition and location of the stock, the information you provide and our available capacity.
An enquiry submitted through the online form is not an order. We aim to answer enquiries within 12–24 working hours.
Quotes and acceptance
After reviewing your enquiry, we may send a quote or proposal. It will set out the work we understand is needed, the price and any important assumptions. A contract is formed when you accept our quote or proposal and we confirm that we can take the work on. We may update a quote if the stock, quantities, requirements or information differ from what was described.
Your responsibilities
You must give us accurate, complete and current information so we can plan the work safely and correctly. This includes the correct ASIN, FNSKU and stock information, quantities, stock location and your Amazon Seller ID. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to send us the stock and instructions, and for providing any access, documents or approvals we reasonably need.
Care and limits of responsibility
We will carry out agreed services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for Amazon’s decisions, policies, systems, account actions or delays. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, disruption to transport, severe weather, fire, flood, industrial action, power or system failures, or changes in law.
Force majeure
If an event outside our reasonable control affects our ability to provide the services, we will let you know as soon as practical and use reasonable efforts to reduce the impact. We will not be in breach for the time that the event prevents or delays performance.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
