This policy explains how Easyadd Ltd, trading as Easyadd Fulfilment and using the EA3PL brand, handles personal data sent through this website. We are a UK fulfilment and 3PL logistics company: we have sold through e-commerce since 2015 and have provided full 3PL services since January 2020.

Who we are

The company responsible for this website and the information described here is Easyadd Ltd (Easyadd Fulfilment / EA3PL).

What we collect

When you use the emergency enquiry form, we collect only the details needed to understand and respond to your request:

  • your name and email address;
  • your phone number and country code;
  • where your stock is located;
  • your ASIN or ASINs; and
  • your description of what needs rescuing.

The information is sent to our company Google Sheets script so our team can follow up with you by phone and assess the work.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to an emergency enquiry, discuss what your stock needs, and take the first steps towards a possible service agreement. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest: responding to your request and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Who receives it

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties except with processors needed to run this website and its forms, or where the law requires us to do so. These processors may handle data only to provide the service we need from them.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any contract that follows. Once they are no longer needed, we delete them securely.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR, you can ask us to give you access to your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. To exercise a right, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and children

This site does not use cookies or analytics beyond anything the hosting platform may set as part of providing the site. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Our services and enquiry form are intended for businesses and their representatives.
